This workshop is about experiencing group dynamics, understanding the basis of motivation and how to get out of a rut and exploring tools for effective communication. PhD candidates will learn about self-motivation during challenging times, about virtual communication, difficult conversations and their own way to communicate. The training will be highly interactive and includes many practical tools to integrate in participants’ work and private lives.
