The venue and how to get there
The Training Week will be conducted within the facilities of the JUFA Hotel Königswinter Bonn. We have booked twin rooms with separate beds. All accomodations have their own bathroom. The hotel is located in a scenic tributary valley of the Rhine close to the Siebengebirge. It has a comprehensive catering offer, including vegan and gluten-free meals. For more information we refer to the Hotel’s website: https://www.jufahotels.com/hotel/seminarhotel-koenigswinterbonn/
How to get there:
By car (approaching from the north, e.g. Cologne): Follow the A59 and B42 in direction Bonn. After you have passed a tunnel and the Dreieck Bonn-Ost, leave the B42 at the Oberdollendorf/Niederdollendorf/BN-Oberkassel/Bad Godesberg motorway exit. Turn left to approach a roundabout and take the third exit. After crossing the B42 on a bridge, take the first exit at a second roundabout to keep following the street “Grüner Weg”. Turn left at the next junction and follow the streets “Cäsariusstraße” and “Bergstraße” for about 2 km. Before the street “Bergstraße” crosses the B42 (which continues underground here) it splits into two separate roads. Take the left road and follow it uphill until you reach the venue.

Covid-19
At present (08 October 2022), Covid-19 regulations in Germany allow the conduction of the Training Week without major restrictions. However, the infection rates are predicted to rise in autumn, so restrictions may be announced in the future. There will be the possibilty to have you self-tested at the venue, but please try to avoid any exposure to the virus at least one week before the Training Week starts.
Socialising and networking
The venue booked for the Training Week 2022 provides a retreat for socialising and networking among participants. The hotel is equipped with a bar, a football pitch and other leisure facilities (Billard, Darts, etc.). The teaching schedule leaves room for social activities in the afternoon. However, the remote location of the venue also invites you to settle down in a quite environment.
